ZBNJ series thermal insulation jacket safety valve
Purpose and characteristics
1． It is used as a pressure safety relief valve where the medium needs to be insulated in polyester, ethylene, asphalt and urea fertilizer equipment.
2． The valve body including the inlet and outlet flanges are insulated, so the insulation effect is good; the steam flushing function can be added when special needs are required.
3． With a balanced bellows structure, changes in back pressure do not affect the set pressure of the safety valve, and the bellows protects parts in the valve cover such as springs from media erosion.
4. The standard materials of internal parts (valve disc, valve seat) are all austenitic stainless steel, and the sealing surface is overlayed with Stellite carbide.
5. For special needs, internal parts can be provided with urea grade 316L, duplex stainless steel 0Cr25Ni6Mo3CuN, 00Cr25Ni6Mo2N and super duplex stainless steel F51 (NUS S31803), F53 (UNS S32750), F55 (UNS S32760).
